We are looking for a Lawyer to support us with legal activities locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
- provide legal support of the company’s daily operations, both locally and globally;
- cooperate with other departments of the company, including members of legal, HR, financial and administrative departments;
- draft, review and amend contracts and other legal documents (e.g., powers of attorney, orders, local policies);
- prepare documents for foreign legal entities in compliance with applicable regulations;
- negotiate with partners, service providers, and state authorities, ensuring clear communication at all levels;
- coordinate and manage relationships with external legal consulting firms;
- stay up-to-date on changes in both local and international laws, ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
- at least 2 years of experience as a lawyer in a commercial organisation;
- strong knowledge of civil, administrative, migration, labour, corporate law, and personal data protection law in Georgia.;
- experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of legal documents;
- fluency in both English and Georgian languages;
- strong research and analytical skills;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
