Job Description

• Analyzing the situation in the branches in the level of service. Detecting strengths and weaknesses;
• Develop a plan to solve the problems;
• Conducting trainings, briefings and instructing;
• Implementation of projects for the improvement of the service.
• Participating in employee`s evaluation projects.
• Develop an innovative and exclusive promotions, discounts for products/services;
• Implementation of projects for sales improvements;
• Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes;
• Monitor the sales performance of each branch.
• Making ongoing changes of prices in branches. Control the correct prices of products.
• Edit and control prices in ERP system, in terms of branches.
• Control price tags in showroom, to be correct.
• Arrange products displays in showroom;
•  Ensuring products are priced correctly;
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree ;
• 2 Years of an experience of working as a Network Manager/Branch Manager/Regional manager;
• Experience of working in IT Retail, Pharmacy is desirable
• MS Office;
• Good Knowledge of English Language
