We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist for Bolt Food.
Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process.
Please note that this is a full-time contract employment opportunity (hybrid). The monthly gross salary for this role is 1690 GEL + Annual bonuses.

Probation Period: 6 Months
Working model: Hybrid

About the role
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist you will contribute to improve the quality & speed of Bolt Food's customer support. Are you after a high-impact role in a fast-growing organization where you can build from scratch and scale both yourself and the business? Then this one might be for you.

Work Schedule
Morning shift: 09:00am-18:00pm;
Midday shift: 14:00pm-23:00pm or 16:00pm-01:00am;
Night shift: 18:00pm-03:00am, 19:00pm-04:00am, 20:00pm-05:00am, 05:00am-14:00pm.

  • Create loyal fans by showing them we really care
  • Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt Food's customer support
  • Be a key player in building a support team in a challenging growth environment

  • You're a great communicator
  • You're passionate about new technologies
  • Understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile
  • Be always ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others
  • Be curious as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
  • You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • You have excellent spoken and written of Georgian and English
