Art Georgia is looking for Supplier Supervisor to join our team during the peak season!
Art Georgia is an out-sourcing company providing CS service for international e-commerce companies in different fields.

Working Period: 3 months (October,November,December)
Working days: 5 days a week
Working hours: 09:00-18:00, Monday - Friday
Job description:
- Work with the CRM system (upload the photos of orders, process customer comments, etc.);
- Responsible for distributing / delivering orders to artists;
- Control the quality and complexity of orders;
- Verify any details related to the order in the supplier dashboard (order description, type, deadline);
- Process the emails from the artists;
- Communication with artists and customer support team;
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or graduate course (Preferable in Art);
- Working experience in any ART direction is an advantage;
- Experience with CRM system is an advantage;
- Fluent in English, at least B2;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Strong communication skills;
- Punctuality.
