Salary: 2,000 GEL base + Performance-Based Bonuses

Job Responsibilities:
  • As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a dynamic team, and elevating the company’s brand visibility. Your role will include:

Sales Leadership:
  • Lead the sales team by example, driving them to exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to generate new sales opportunities and secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth sales transactions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, working with key stakeholders to drive growth.

Marketing & Branding:
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by leveraging your professional expertise to enhance the company’s marketing efforts through client interactions, personal networks, and online platforms.
  • Promote yourself as a trusted real estate expert via social media, blogs, and community engagement to generate client interest.
  • Host events such as open houses, webinars, and community seminars to engage with potential clients and build the company’s presence in the market.

Team Development:
  • Mentor junior sales agents, helping them improve their performance and grow within the company.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment by sharing best practices and providing hands-on training where necessary.

Client-Focused Growth:
  • Work closely with the client relations team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Encourage client testimonials and feedback to be used in future marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage client loyalty programs, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Performance Bonuses:
  • Lead Conversion: Achieve set goals for converting leads into sales and earn additional bonuses.
  • Social Media Engagement: Generate leads and client interest through active social media engagement, earning rewards for content creation and client interactions.
  • Referral Programs: Drive business growth through personal referrals, with bonuses for closing deals from your own network.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to unlock performance bonuses.
