Chronograph Georgia, a watches&jewellery boutique, is announcing an opening for the position of the Brand Coordinator.
Duty station: Tbilisi, Georgia
Duration: Long term with 3 months of payable probation period.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing the orders, shipments and customs clearance procedures
- Prepare necessary documentation for both import and export duties
- Maintain office files
- Communication/e-mailing with partner brands
- Perform other administrative tasks that may occur
Required qualification
- Higher education; diploma in Economics is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of Georgian and English languages, both oral and written; knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
- Work experience in a relevant field is a plus
- Responsible, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-motivated person
- Good communications and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team
