Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist users (customers, couriers, and partners) via Chat, Email, and Call channels, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
Provide accurate information and strive to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Take ownership of user cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Who You Are and What We Expect:

Qualifications: Higher education is a plus, with training in customer service preferred. Experience with databases is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient PC skills are essential.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Georgian (oral and written) is mandatory, with good English skills. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

Work Arrangements:
Training: Initial training is conducted onsite with mandatory attendance.
Production Phase: Upon completion, remote work may be available contingent on stable internet and electricity.
Office Requirements: Flexibility to return to the office if needed due to interruptions or performance issues. Performance requirements and metrics are defined by Glovo.
Attendance Policy: Strict monitoring of absenteeism; all absences must be justified.
