PB Services are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative for international company  to join  dynamic team! 
You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role (experience within a similar industry a plus);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients;
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills;
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic;
  • Fluency in Georgian and Russian, with English proficiency preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals);
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and challenges;
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads;
  • Customer Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing customers;
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services to address customer needs;
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business;

Sales Process and Deal Management:
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products/services in a clear and compelling manner;
  • Negotiate and close deals, overcoming objections and securing customer commitment;
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed;

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, tracking progress against targets;
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
