IT Group is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Recruiter (Turkish Language).


Requirements:

  • Turkish and English - upper intermediate level and higher;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong desire to dive deeper and develop in Recruitment;
  • Understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate management;
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage candidate data, documents, and schedules;
  • Ability to work with statistics and conduct basic analysis;
  • Ability to handle multitasking effectively;
  • Experience in the positions of Recruiter, HR, Customer Support Manager, and Sales Manager will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting;
  • Searching for candidates using different sources and tools;
  • Negotiation with potential candidates, screening CVs;
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews;
  • Headhunting candidates across different countries;
  • Managing and developing relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Maintaining BambooHR Hiring ATS;
  • Conduct HR interviews with candidates;
  • Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
  • Maintain a full hiring cycle in collaboration with the HR manager.
