At present Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi are announcing an opening for the position of:  Training and Development Manager (HR Department);

Main duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements training system. Establishes hotel orientation, training, and evaluating system.
  • Prepare and deliver training programs
  • Established standard policies and procedures for training.
  • Prepares and submits periodic training reports.
  • Track overall training and training results.
  • Maintains and updates training record.
  • Coordination of monthly training activities and schedule.
  • Conducting Training Needs Assessment Surveys;
  • Establishing Annual Training Plan and Budget;
  • Designing and Conducting Internal Trainings mostly accented, but not limited to Guest Service Standards and New Hires Orientation and On Boarding Programs;
  • Assisting Department Heads in Planning and Executing Monthly Training Plans;
  • implement an effective staff relation and motivation program in the hotel.
  • Planning and Monitoring all the Mandatory Outsource Trainings;
  • Monitoring the short- and long-term effectiveness of the Training Programs;
  • Collaborate with Professional Colleges and Universities;
  • Coordinate and Supervise the Annual Performance Appraisal Process;
  • Coordinate and Supervise the Succession Planning and Career Development Programs.
  • Organize the staff activities to create better working condition and build the staff loyalty.
  • Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the employee handbook and to the hotel’s policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Organizational Psychology;
  • Previous work 1 years’ experience as a Trainer, Training Coordinator is a must;
  • Excellent Presentation Skills;
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate);
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software;
  • Excellent written and spoken Georgian and English Languages are must;
  • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning;
  • Organized, detail-oriented;
  • Motivated, good team-player.
