Main duties:
- Having comprehensive information about hotel services and current activities;
- Making air tickets or other types of transport reservations for guests upon request;
- Processing and delivery of information/messages to guests;
- Possesses information about current hotel services and events, as well as daily VIP requests and special events;
- Offers proper hospitality to guests upon reception;
- Coordinates guest requests for special services or equipment with appropriate department.
- Periodically contact the hotel guests in the room to get information about whether they need any kind of assistance.
- Handle guest complaints and address/resolve issues as possible.
Basic requirements:
- Knowledge of the Arabic language at a high level is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Russian or English languages are desirable;
- Experience of working in the field of public relations and/or services;
Personal qualities:

- Effective communication skills;
