Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (including 1-hour lunchbreak)

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Tbilisi, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both senior marketing positions and large-scale hiring of customer support agents. This role requires a deep
  • understanding of the recruitment landscape, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior marketing positions and customer support roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests, where applicable.

Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, timelines, and candidate expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve the onboarding experience.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process based on data and feedback.

Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through various channels
  • Participate in networking events and other recruitment-related activities.

Be a part of global HR Team
  • Actively participate in global HR team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team on cross-border recruitment projects, employee engagement initiatives, etc.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global HR policies and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level and highvolume hiring.
  • Experience in recruiting for marketing roles and customer support positions is highly preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR software.
  • Fluent in English.
