Sales & Marketing Manager`s main responsibilities:
- Attract new key accounts.
- Regularly control account’s database.
- Research and develop potential customer database, market segments; conduct sales calls
- Study and analyze existing market, competitors and potential trends;
- Organize events for key accounts and the company.
- Oversee all marketing activity and ensure it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Arrange for the company representative to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in a comparable position is highly recommended
- 3+ years hotel experience and minimum one year in a significant managerial role
- English language is a must, other languages are highly recommended
