Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize Autodesk Revit and ArchiCAD software to create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, industry codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate drawings with consultants and contractors to integrate their input and ensure accuracy.
- Mentor junior draftsmen and provide guidance on software usage and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Working experience as a draftsman in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and ArchiCAD software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English or German
