For our client, a consulting company with German speaking clients, Talent Garden are looking for a Junior Accountant with high potential for further development. The potential candidate should demonstrate willingness to learn and develop into the consulting business and then further towards broader financial management. The company language is German and the clients mostly German speaking. The team consists mainly of former Big-4 consultants (EY, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte) and motivated university graduates. The position requires high involvement and rewards  consultants with a steep learning curve and excellent career options.

Requirements

• German language skills (at least intermediate level) 
• Excellent university degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Finance or similar
• Advanced accounting and finance know-how
• Previous work experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to go the “extra mile”
• Is a plus: Command of English
• Is a plus: ACCA or similar qualification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate interim and annual financial statements 
• Participation in monthly and year-end closing
• All sorts of accounting-related tasks and reviews for various clients
• Cooperation with external auditors
• Engage in tax issues
• Engage in coaching and online business development activities (depending on level of experience)

We offer a comprehensive compensation package amounted to GEL 2500 - 5000 (depends on the results of the interviews and on previous experience).
