TAV Georgia LLC - Tbilisi International Airport is announcing an opening for the position of IFRS Reporting & Budgeting Specialist:
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic level of financial modeling.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Big 4 or other professional service firm experience will be a plus.
- Hands on experience in tax accounting and familiarity with tax code will be a strong plus.
- Good general technical skills and familiarity with ERP systems will be a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS Standards.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Contributing to preparing financial forecasts and projections.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and provide support during budget updates.
- Analyze budget variances and provide explanations for differences between actual and budgeted results.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Accounting, Operations and Sales, to gather financial data and provide insights as requested.
Main Terms and Benefits:
- Working schedule – full time, 5 days a week, 8 hour working day
