- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Promotion Manager;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth;

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation;
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products and services;
- Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages and promotions to resonate with their preferences and behaviours;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies;
- Monitor key retention metrics and KPIs, such as churn rate, reactivation rate, and customer satisfaction, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize retention initiatives;
- Work closely with the product development team to provide input on product enhancements and features that can drive customer retention and engagement;
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure effective resolution of player issues and concerns, and implement proactive measures to prevent churn;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and high-value customers, providing personalized experiences and managing VIP retention programs;
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate retention and promotion performance.
