At present Dormitory Hotel Hualing Tbilisi are announcing an opening for the position of Financial Controller:
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of budget planning and reforecasts;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance (P&L), prepare the monthly comparison of budget-to-actual results and provide deviation analysis of assigned portfolios
- Own the monthly and quarterly internal reporting of assigned portfolio’s
- Support in the month end closing to ensure reporting accuracy
- Support with the further development of consolidation and reporting software
- Perform ad hoc analyses, financial modeling and other financial support to the management team
- Manage and control Purchasing team.
- Prepare, review and monitor the budget and communicate the actuals vs budget to management
- Responsible for credit management and monitoring timely payment from suppliers
- Other tasks related to financial controller job
Main Requirements:
- A degree in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance, at least 2 years of Income Auditor functions
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software;
- Good Georgian and English Languages ;
- Organized, detail-oriented;
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Motivated, good team-player.
