IT Group is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Junior Internal Auditor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, finance, economic studies, enterprise management, or business management;
- 1 year+ experience in audit, internal controls, finance, consulting, and operational risks (experience in a product IT company or a Big 4/Top 10 audit company will be a significant advantage);
- Experience in the development/review of internal controls or understanding of main approaches to the logic of their design and implementation;
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting;
- Experience in processing and analyzing large data sets in Excel;
- Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- English proficiency - upper intermediate level and higher;
- Analytical mindset, understanding of processes in large system companies, strong attention to detail;
- Ability to handle multitasking effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in full-cycle internal audit engagements, development of planning stage, perform different types of fieldwork procedures, finalize reporting to the management team using a risk-based approach on all stages;
- Perform internal controls procedures for various financial reporting sections (internal controls over financial reporting / financial statements controls);
- Develop of action plan, regular follow-up, monitor the recommendations implementation based on audit results, conduct periodic reviews, and track key milestones;
- Carry out various control procedures that covered the company’s key business processes (procurement, payments, marketing expenses, transactions flow);
- Perform various consulting assignments related to analytics, processes assessment, and review, redesign or build new ones from scratch, mainly upon request from the management team, product teams, and finance team;
- Perform other tasks aimed at increasing the reliability of financial statements.
