Claim Justice is the company newly entered in the Georgian market, and is classified mainly as a provider of legal services for the customers around the world. We are one of the leading recovery companies worldwide that is helping clients who became the victims in online trading scams (Forex, Binary Options, Crypto etc) to get their money back through the legal entities.
In order to provide a comprehensive and satisfactory service to our customers, the Company "Claim Justice" announces a vacancy for the night shift (10pm-7am, 7am-4pm) Customer Support and Back Office Representatives for a full time and long term, official employment.
Job Description:
- Customer support for the company's clients
- Providing the service of getting the money back to the clients
- Making sure that all the customers are getting the attention and being contacted on time
- Managing the workflow with existing clients of the company
- Increasing the customer success rate
- Managing client's documents and paperwork
Requirements:
- High level written and verbal English (other foreign languages will be a benefit)
- Experience in customer support / service roles
- Motivation and great communication skills
- Being able to find the approach to customers
- Experience in Finance/Credit Card/Banking/Fraud/Regulation/Trading Companies
- Salary(1200-2000) depends on your working performance as we have a fair bonus structure
