About the Role:
The International Market Research & Pre-sales role is crucial to the success of our Sales & Business Develop-ment Department. As a member of our team in Tbilisi, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Business Development leads assigned to the same products across our European and US offices.
As a Market Research and Pre-sales Specialist, your main tasks include identifying potential clients and engaging with senior decision-makers via email and social media to generate warm prospects for our sales & business development teams. Your goal is to match their needs with the tailored offerings of our events.

Daily Tasks:
  • On a daily basis, you will be responsible for promoting and generating demand for the conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities to top-tier multi-industry practitioners across the EU and North America.
  • Conducting industry research relevant to the assigned product
  • Lead generation
  • Contacting potential clients via Emails & Social Media
  • Following up with interested parties directly or handing them over to Sales & Business Development department

As a member of our team, we expect you to develop a deep understanding of current industry trends, research companies, generate leads, and effectively interact with key decision-makers to ensure the success of our events. Your goal will be to secure business and expand your client portfolio. We provide high-caliber in-house trai- ning and offer excellent earnings through uncapped commissions and performance-related bonuses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (GPA 3.0+ in Business and/or Commercial studies is an advantage) 
  • Native or C1 level proficiency in English
  • Ability to convey research and uncover potential business opportunities
  • A can-do attitude and positive demeanor
  • Ability to learn and adapt
  • Team player with a respectful attitude
  • Ability to perform under strict deadlines
