Sales Specialist-Operational Leasing

Otokoc Georgia LLC - the owner of the internation car rental licensee BUDGET, is pleased to announce the call for the post of Operational Leasing Sales Specialist.

Otokoc Georgia LLC is the offical subsidary of Otomotiv Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. It has been founded in 1928 and operates as the oldest and the most essential automotive company in Turkey. Otokoç Otomotiv Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. was formed in 22 June 2001 by merging six companies that were operating with different legal entities as Koç Group Ford Dealerships in a legal entity. In 2007, Turkey licence agreement of Budget car rental was signed and operation started.

As of 1997, Otokoç Otomotiv operates in 6 countries with branches in Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhistan, Hungary, Ukraine and Greece.

Budget Turkey has been awarded with “Marketing Award” at 2009 Annual Licencee Meeting in Rome for successful and long run partnership with Pegasus Airlines, high performance at Fly&Drive business and successful marketing projects. Budget Turkey also has been awarded “Licencee of the Year” among EAMEA countries at 2014 Annual Licencee Meeting in İstanbul.


Job Description:


  • To perform sales and marketing activities that will increase the market share and profitability of Budget by renting long-term vehicles.
  • In accordance with the company objectives, to quote prices to the local firms and and international firms; to prepare order of payment; and to perform marketing activities regarding the campaigns.
  • To visit the existing customers Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
  • To keep the information regarding the customer firms updated; to search for sectors and firms; and to connect with the potential customers.
  • To prepare offers as per the demands from the corporate customers; to make sure the agreement is signed.
  • To follow-up the contracts drawn up with the local and international customers; to ensure the continuity of the contracts in renewal periods.
  • To consolidate and keep up-to-date the customer information from any channels.
  • To perform the reporting related to the job in a timely manner.
  • To act in accordance with the current regulations and procedures in the processes regarding the job.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields,
  • Sales and marketing experience in operational leasing or automotive business is preferred,
  • Fluency in written and Georgian, English,
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team work,
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, result oriented.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
